Ellton Longwall provides a full line of Panline components including line pans, flight bars and Panline connectors (dog bones). All are manufactured in China to the highest standards by the China Mining Equipment Group (CME). Line pans are robotically welded and constructed with K360 plate on all wear surfaces.  Standard and custom configurations are available at very reasonable prices.

We can provide panline to many designs we have in stock, or we can produce pans specifically to your custom requirement.  We can do this from engineer drawings you provide or we can measure your pans and produce our new pans to fit perfectly with your current pans.

Parsons Mining flight bars are for twin inboard applications have been designed to be attached to the chain using standard nut and bolts.

Additional Features are:

• Forged with a profile which gives a high strength to weight ratio
• Full width bar body provides good resistance to bending and twisting
• Strength is not adversely affected by wear on fixing bolts
• Designed to ensure that the chain assemblies remain compatible with sprockets as normal wear takes place
• Alternative flight bar profiles can be manufactures upon request

Established in 1962, China Coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd (ZMM) is a subsidiary of CME and is the largest armored face conveyor manufacturer in China. It makes various series of medium and heavy duty armored face conveyors with the highest capacity of 4500 t/h. ZMM dominates the Chinese market with over 60% of the armored face conveyor market as well as exporting to countries such as India, Turkey, Russia Bangladesh and Vietnam. ZMM also manufactures bridge stage loaders and crushers to be matched with armored face conveyors.     
     
ZMM is also the top supplier of high tensile quality chain for mining applications. All products meet DIN22252 standards with a maximum diameter of 48mm. In 2006 ZMM bought the manufacturing equipment, technology patents and knowhow and the trade mark from Parsons Chain Company of the UK. High tensile Parsons chains for mining applications are being produced by ZMM under the watchful eye of Parsons UK top experts.
